1.Purpose
The Gemini 330 has been updated to support depth preset updates. Since the camera has limited storage for built-in Presets, we provide three optional depth preset updates. Users can download the appropriate Preset from the Depth Preset Release page provided by Orbbec based on their specific application scenarios and update it to the camera for better depth performance in corresponding scenarios.
2.Scope
Applies to all Gemini 330 products with firmware version 1.4.60 or later, and requires SDK version 2.2.28 or later.
3.How to Update Presets
3.1 How to Update Presets via Orbbec Viewer

After connecting the camera to Orbbec Viewer, click on Device Control, then click the Update button under Optional Depth Preset. Select the preset file you wish to update.
Successful Update:
2. The Optional Depth Preset supports a maximum of three presets at a time. Each update will overwrite the previous optional depth presets.
Error Handling:

If a duplicate preset is imported, a prompt will indicate that a duplicate configuration exists, and only one instance will take effect.

If the firmware version is unsupported or the imported preset does not match the device, the following error message will appear: “Error! The preset data doesn’t match the device! Please select again.”
